Hinterland is the owner of this beautiful project where tasty branding captures the maverick spirit of Baked, an artisanal bakery and cafe with locations in Brooklyn, Manhattan and Tokyo, that offers a unique take on American food with a twist. The graphics mix the vernacular of classic American fare, mid-century modern design, and a bit of brash Brooklyn energy.
