Constantin Bolimond & Tamara Vareyko designed BARU Coffee. They roast each small batch to a medium-dark state to produce an organic coffee that is free from any unpleasant or bitter aftertaste. The surrounding community and the farmers who grow this organic coffee benefit directly from the production of this particular Sumatran coffee; the revenue that is generated is used to develop the community and empower the people by providing educational needs. Certified organic and Fair-Trade, this is an exceptional gourmet coffee.
