The Bayview Ascent branding

Spectra worked with Keyestone Group on the creation of The Bayview Ascent, a premium residential development by the Nandu River in Haikou, Hainan. The logo is inspired by the movement of the river and the gestures of large leaves in tropical climates. The look and feel of the brand is complemented by a set of topographic-inspired river patterns and a colour palette inspired by Hainan’s ocean and river.
