Today, we're traveling to culturally rich Mexico, full of traditions and vibrant personalities. Well-known for its distilleries, Casa Centinela has become one of the most famous tequila. Since 1904 they have committed to quality, flavors, stories, and ideas. Halfway through the week, we're excited to feature Centinela cocktails packaging design by Human studio.
Designers came up with a stunning concept that connects with the pride of what Casa Centinela produces, one of the best tequilas in the world. They developed a brand identity for Centinela's ready-to-drink canned cocktails. One of the perks of this kind of packaging is: that there are almost no restrictions to the design you want to apply on its surface. Plus, opening a can should be considered as one of the best sounds ever. Human studio created a vintage, bold aesthetic super representative of Mexico and the brand's heritage with a twist; they chose a neon color palette! Likewise, they recreated folklore of a cocktail scenery. As the company is drifting to a younger audience, the studio didn't doubt when following one of 2021 most followed trends, color gradients ;)
