Delilah designed by Monograph & Co. is a concept juice bar that incorporates fermented and fresh wildflowers into delicious and one of a kind drinks. Each drink is comprised of edible flowers, locally sourced and handpicked seasonally. Smoothies can be enjoyed cold or warm, depending on the season and type of day. Some of the ingredients featured are Chamomile flowers, Valerian Root, Cherry Blossoms, and Rosehips.
To best describe the process of utilizing flowers as the base of each juice, we have decided to showcase the ingredients of each customized smoothy to take the consumer on a journey that helps them develop a closer connection to understanding where our food comes from and its sustaining process.
