Beautiful photography project by Al Mefer entitled Deserts of the future.
Al Mefer photographed the desert in Andalucia in a way where the viewer gets the sense of an almost dystopian future, by combining the colouring of the landscape with the pale sky in the pictures. The viewer gets the sense of being in either being alone in a distant future on in another planet.
The composition is extremely well done and the focus on the textures of the scenario introduces a certain level of depth when combined with the harsh shadows cast by the natural light of the sun.
A truly beautiful project.
