The Biuro dictionary is the result of discussions about the current situation and issues of art institutions in Poland among representatives of the art world. Above 120 slogans and their definitions assign goals and the future of the cultural world. Renata Motyka was in charge of its visual identity and print design.
Back with color gradients, she applied them in a subtle yet intriguing way in the spine's interior, giving the dictionary a modern look and feel. The orange hue is super eye-catchy and adds a surprise factor. Also, Biuro features a stunning typography combination that makes it unique. A serif font and a cursive, hand-drawn one were Renata's picks for this project.
Respecting the art direction, it is more than on point! The reflections and clean set are super beautiful. We're looking forward to seeing more like this modern and dynamic aesthetic.
