Empatía was approached by Ladrillo, a Barcelona-based architecture studio with a commitment to maintaining a clear sense of harmony with the environment. With such a strong ethical focus, it was imperative for Empatía to create a design path that aligned with the firm's philosophy.
The main challenge was to build a brand that was pure and functional, while also being rational and harmonious. Empatía studied different ways to create the image and focused on two important factors: high visual impact and extreme harmony. The designed materials captured the spirit of the firm, with a direct and straightforward tone, pared down to nothing but the essentials. The result was an elegant and stylish branding that conveyed a mood of cleanliness and tranquility, with simple yet powerful lines, colors, and pictures.
