Today's design post is about DD LONDON’s Magna Carta Park project has been several years in the making, with the full-service creative agency being involved from initial talks through to completion. A new luxury development in the heart of Surrey, England, Magna Carta Park brings private estate living into the 21st century with a collection of beautifully designed residences nestled within 57 acres of woodland, gardens, and greenery.

Central to the narrative of Magna Carta Park is the rich tapestry of stories woven into the area’s history, including the signing of the Magna Carta treaty. DD LONDON’s project strapline ‘Sincerely Yours’ nods to this momentous point on the estate’s long timeline, and the books are presented as a narrative of a life lived in the beautiful surroundings of this vast and well-appointed private development. Featuring some nice watercolor printed illustrations and strong classy typography, it provides an outstanding elegant style. For the stationary design, the presentation travels back in time to quill's use plus modern twist, photographs embodying movement giving a more dynamic approach. DD LONDON was entrusted to produce a long-term, multiple-year creative strategy, including a website which was subsequently awarded Best Development Website at the International Property Awards 2020 as well as initial brochures, all print, and digital advertising, wayfinding and signage systems, CGI fly-through film, lifestyle film, and completion film. This enormous design project narrates all the historic background in a high-quality way with the most fruitful results and a consistent style representative of its luxurious residencies and its woodlands.
