Marimekko Illustration Campaign

'Lotta Nieminen designed the holiday campaign for Marimekko, the iconic home furnishings, textiles, and fashion company based in Finland. Inspired by the cheerful and warm colours of Marimekko's new winter collection, the illustration showcases a colourful city preparing for the holidays. Applied to digital and printed advertisements, the Christmas City illustration was tightly cropped to create abstracted patterns with little characters playfully interacting with Marimekko products. The illustration was also built out as a stand for products to be displayed on, appearing in Marimekko windows globally during the holiday season.'
