Bacon Liu designed Moss Packaging. This work consists of a small piece of green land in the form of moss under a glass dome cover. This plant, which propagates by means of spore formation, grows particularly well in a climate with high humidity. The packaging design is based on the process of propagation. It is designed intentionally “sexy” and “desirable”. For this, bright colours are used as well as the Chinese character for “nightlife”. The boxes are manufac- tured to 70 per cent from recycled paper which is embellished, among other things, with gold embossing as well as with vivid screen printing.
