NATIONAL MUSEUM in GDANSK

The National Museum in Gdansk has undergone a complete visual makeover with the help of Tofu. The aim was to create an unobtrusive brand identity that would be flexible, adjustable, and resistant to constantly changing trends while still being able to frame the vast variety of artistic and historical collections housed within the museum. The challenge was to create a design that would remain relevant for years to come while not detracting from the significance of the exhibits.

The new brand identity for The National Museum in Gdansk is simple yet sophisticated. The color scheme is inspired by the architecture of the building, with a palette of cool grays and blues that reflect the grandeur and elegance of the museum's interior. The new logo is a modern interpretation of the traditional crest, featuring a simplified version of the city's coat of arms that is both memorable and recognizable.

Overall, the new visual identity for The National Museum in Gdansk is a successful balance between tradition and modernity. It provides a frame for the museum's extensive collection of artistic and historical artifacts while remaining flexible enough to adapt to changing trends. The design is sophisticated, elegant, and reflective of the museum's importance as one of Poland's most prominent cultural institutions.
