Nowadays, there's plenty of HR companies that recruit for IT nowadays. Everyone is serious, blue, and has no soul. Skillful Developers, DevOps, Architects need and require more than just a job. They want to join projects that matter and let them stand out from the crowd. So, today we're showcasing an IT recruiter team, Nexwork, that isn't afraid of showing its authenticity.

Michał Czekaj and his team decided to go bold, an IT job is not a monotonous job. That thinking is long gone. Nexwork is not a company that will land you the next white-collar job. It's brave, it's funny, and it has character as people they recruit do. Creatives thought of bright, pastel colors to make the visual identity pop out from the crowd. However, the first time we saw this project, the one thing we cannot forget about it is the N character. It's absolutely gorgeous and brings a lot of personality to the overall design. Narano studio asked Sara Maese to create some illustrations for this corporate identity. She came up with a beautiful illustration kit featuring cute animals recruiters wearing shirts and glasses. They even own computers! Like every IT ;)

Another relevant feature about businesses today is their website. It needs to be friendly, and while navigating it, the client should clearly see and cordial tone, which matches the illustration's chucklesome style, yet you realize they know what they're doing.
