OneSkin

Skin is our largest organ and protects us from the microbial world. Keeps us hydrated. And ultimately it provides our outer appearance to the world. OneSkin is a longevity company providing pioneering research and products that help maximize human potential on a cellular level. Branding and packaging design was lead by SLATE. OneSkin is at the forefront of longevity research. Not skincare. It's a revolutionary approach to skin health. With over 3,000 skincare brands being introduced annually, blending in was not an option for them.

The brand can look like a glimpse into the future, with a science non-fiction approach: white clean design and futuristic curves are the main features of the packaging design. While a powerful eye-catchy color gradient spotlights the product's presentation. The design also needed to feel rooted in codes that people can intuitively connect with. That's why they also got inspired for the logo by the symbolism of life in a more scientific way we all learned in school. Yes, we are talking about cellular mitosis, aka the process of cell division. It also represents an hourglass with a sand grain inside defying both gravity and time itself. "SLATE was able to capture our ideas and feelings and translate them into a visual identity that we feel perfectly represents who we are and our vision for the future", says Carolina Reis, OneSkin's CEO
