25 AH designed Paul's Identity. Paul’s is a restaurant located at the hotel Haymarket in Stockholm. The menu is inspired by classic European cuisine and tasty food that one might have found at an American grill from the turn of the century.
The restaurant’s name is a homage to Paul U. Bergström, founder of the famous department store that was previously located in the building. We created an identity for Paul’s inspired by the original 1920’s signage found on the building’s facade.
