R40 Branding

Argentina is well known for sharing almost all of its dishes. Mate, a social infusion, and Asado, a typical Sunday lunch with friends or family. With 4361 kilometers in length, its most famous national route is the R40, which connects La Quiaca with Punta Loyola at the very bottom of the continental territory. Steve Wolf and his team created a branding design blending traditional Argentinian-inspired design with an elegant and modern twist for the R40 restaurant.

Named after the roadway that runs through the length of Argentina, R40 offers a rotating menu of shareable plates, a backyard space, an underground wine cellar with more than 70 varieties, and cocktails in the heart of Long Island City in Queens, NYC. The restaurant features a custom-designed parrilla where executive chef Giovanni Porto grills a deluxe Argentinian meal for two, comprising skirt steak, short rib, sweetbreads, chorizo, blood sausage, and a chicken thigh. Designers created R40's brand identity and brought the experienced chef Giovanni to bring his travels to Argentina to life. The result is a blend of traditional Argentinian-inspired design with an elegant and modern twist. Named after the roadway that runs through the length of Argentina, R40 offers a rotating menu of shareable plates in a backyard space.

Have you ever been to Argentina? In its longitude, you can find tons of landscapes, all worth visiting with many traditional dishes that will make you come back, trust us. La rompe :)
