Religion Studio is a design and technology studio working with ambitious and innovative clients. The studio partner with organizations they trust and admire to create digital experiences that result in sustainable advantage, not momentary edge.

Founded in 2020, Religion Studio believe that original, impactful work is best made by incorporating ideas and practices which energize us all. Based in NYC, their team lives this ethos and applies it to champion every brand, product, and experience that comes our way.

After two and a half years, the studio decided to rebrand our studio. Since Religion Studio specialize in brand strategy and design, this should have been easy in theory. But branding your own company requires a lot of introspection, self-awareness, and thick skin.

The studio was born a few weeks before a global pandemic and only knew how to operate during hard times. They wanted our brand to reflect our unwavering commitment, strength, and energy.

Their design is rooted in brutalism, but the studio soften it in various ways through art direction and typography: "We consider ourselves a studio of the future, which is why we relied heavily on Dall-E to dream up futuristic scenes relating to space, natural elements, and youthful exuberance."
