Sâmburel Jams

Alexandra Necula Studio designed Sâmburel - a family artisan jam brand, located in Sâmburesti village, Romania. Their jams are made from 100% organic fruits grown on the owners' farm. In Romanian "sâmburel" means "little kernel".

The concept behind the logo was a custom hand-lettered wordmark with a "jelly" feeling, emulating the texture and flow of jams and marmalades. The logo is complemented by a traditional, friendly packaging to convey coziness and awaken the familiar taste of homemade jams.
