Sat-su-ma— a plant-dyed organic clothing line designed by the plant biologist Özge Horasan. Sat-su-ma’s new collection Earthly Delight is a minimalist nine piece capsule collection that is produced on the principles of sustainability and fair trade. Not only being plant dyed and made of organic cotton, it also includes a well-balanced functional design of its interchangeable pieces. Each piece is hand-dyed in their studio with organic certified plant dyes, such as pomegranate, madder, cutch and indigo. The whole concept is based on a modern and natural look of classic botanical illustrations and to combine it with fashion materials.
