The SIAB (real estate development company of Béarn) is a company that supports institutional and private actors in regional planning. The main mission of SIAB is to be able to energize city centers and improve the quality of life of the population. The Collectif.huge was selected to support SIAB in the redesign of the brand identity. The mission is to promote a brand that has 10 years of development and which is at the crossroads of the expectations of the local population, decision-makers, elected officials and real estate developers.
The challenge is to present a strong brand that will spearhead the revitalization of urban centers. As part of the rebranding of the visual identity, the Collectif.huge wanted to maintain the main idea of a logo name. The point is to be able to create a feeling of identity and affinity for the brand very quickly. The approach is more direct, more streamlined and will have the advantage of being able to last over time. The new logo is made from a homemade typographic design from 4 letters. The S launches the name, it is logically readable and sober. The I allows us to introduce the roof symbol, it is also a form of wink that humanizes the whole. Finally the letters A and B, present a more geometric approach and refer us to architectural symbols and the world of construction.
The strength of the identity also lies in the graphics that draw the outlines of the SIAB's areas of action.Each city is thus exposed for more impact and clarity in the messages. The new visual identity is being rolled out in the city, with many billboard, on sites under construction.
