SIMCA is a real estate developer dedicated to strategy and construction, mainly at Merida, Cancún, Playa del Carmen and Tulum in México.
As part of the identity,
created an isotype shaped by two leak points that seen in perspective make up the word SIMCA, which is represented in a flat way. The logo is simple and has a clear illegibility. SIMCA, as a developer includes many other brands within itself, that´s why they chose a shocking color palette but still vibrant, since it denotes strength and modernity.
