If there's one time when food takes center stage, it's during the holiday season. Every family has a special recipe that is part of its heritage. A classic passed down from generation to generation. Recipes that, unlike others, have the power to preserve the flavors and memories of our family Christmases, but also recipes that sometimes disappear along with the artists who created them. This collection is therefore an initiative to help preserve these recipes and the memory of Quebec's Christmas tables forever.
