A couple of weeks ago, we'd featured Top 10: Jewelry Branding, and one of the projects showcased caught our attention. We've seen these kinds of fancy pieces of jewelry adapted to everyday fashion. However, their packaging design is nothing but ordinary. We're presenting Venetian Mirrors, a new brand of jewelry designed by Gloria Reali. Its visual identity was in charge of Be.Family design studio.
Designers created an entire universe where the shimmering products stand out. And they came up with a timeless brand system that reflects the same refinement and attention paid to detail when creating the jewelry. Just imagine the precise and the packaging should be for a small, delicate piece of jewelry. Also, Be.Family took into consideration that the outside should match the inside but not competing with it. The reflections made by jewels were the inspiration for the studio to think of a complete concept. Like mirrors, reflect light at ourselves. So, mirror frames are the principal brand devices shown in the word-mark and throughout the extended visual identity. Venetian Mirror's slick extended ascenders and descenders with the emerald-cut 'O' paired with an economical color palette all; position the brand as a classic, timeless brand.
The overall design from Be.Family is just stunning; they created a fancy aesthetic with a classy approach too. We love the typography choice designers made. And the brand's recognition is 11/10 ;)
