"Work in Lithuania" renews itself and becomes part of the "Lithuania Co-create" strategy. By inviting you to do your career in Lithuania, they invite you to turn a new page in your professional path. This idea became the main motif of the identity, defining not only the logo itself but also the entire graphic expression.

The created visual identity, by TRUTH. agency, is energetic, vibrant, and easily adaptable. Since career changes require a lot of courage, its whole identity has a bright color palette. The typography helps to strengthen the character, and the layouts are enlivened by the urban style of the photos.To illustrate different areas of activity, we use an easily adaptable icon system. Although the identity is quite dynamic, clear compositional principles help everything fall into place.
