the branding people designed Yum!catán is a pop-up food concept that embraces Yucatan’s cochinita pibil, one of Mexico’s most famous gourmet dishes: a pre-Hispanic recipe prepared in traditional underground ovens where it’s slowly cooked to bring out its complete and authentic flavor. tbpmx created a clean and organic iconography representing the cochinita’s unique ingredients: pork meat spiced with axiote and topped with purple onion and habanero peppers. The logo construction and color palette highlight the ancient process of handcrafted traditional preparation and ingredients.
