Master & Master Design Furniture

Master & Master is a Prague-based furniture producer created by designers Ondřej Zita and Luděk Šteigl. The Czech company embraces local craftsmanship and creates beautiful, minimalist pieces which expertly combine simplicity and functionality with innovative and contemporary design.

The belief of the company is to keep the design and construction process as simple as possible, while offering distinctive personality, high-functioning convenience - all with a clean and quality aesthetic.

Their creations pay tribute to ‘everyday’ product design, which is simple and easy to use and produce. Only carefully-selected, high-quality materials are used in their creations in order to guarantee longevity. With that in mind, their pieces are delivered at fair and affordable prices due to effective manufacturing processes and natural production techniques.

Master & Master is knwon for its signature trestles, wooden shelving systems, desks, and steel coat-racks. Many of their designs are developed in collaboration with local designers, such as Tomáš Varga of Mütanta Studio and designer Michal Malášek. They have also worked on collaborative projects with fellow local designers and studios such as DECHEM Studio, Lulu Newman and Atelier SAD.
